This Yamaha grand came from a local church and was in a temperature controlled stage environment and was well kept over the years with regular tunings by our owner Ed Tomlinson.  It was originally on a dolly, so we added brand new casters to bring the legs back to their original form. The bench is also newly upholstered. 

Local delivery (within 30 miles of our store to a ground level location) of a grand this size would typically cost $600, and is discounted to $300 with the purchase of the piano.
