  • Has taught lessons at California Keyboards since 2001.
  • Has an Associate of Arts in Music from Bakersfield College; studied under Professor Howard Quilling, Professor Dale Brooks, Professor Robert Olivares, and Doctor Charles (Chuck) Wood.
  • Has several years (10+) experience singing with a Global Barbershop A Capella Women's Chorus.
  • Participated in Bakersfield College Choir with Masterworks Chorale in the original “King of Glory” Pageant and various BC choir performances locally, in San Francisco, and in Northern California
  • Served 14 years as Music/Choral Director/Pianist for a local (bilingual) church and 10 years as Church Pianist/Accompanist for Central Baptist Church. Also served occasionally as Pianist for her childhood church, now known as Height Street Baptist Church, since age 12
  • Emphasizes music theory, sight reading, technique, fingering skills, ear training, music appreciation, and pop symbols.
  • Teaches ages as young as 6 through adults.
